Since MDS only makes non-profit, charitable and political calls, we are exempt from the federal do-not-call registry and most state do-not-call lists. However, we understand that you may prefer not to receive phone calls.

If you would like to be added to the MDS do-not-call list, please complete the form below. (One for each number you wish to register) You will be added to the MDS do-not-call list for a period of 5 years (the same length of time as the federal do-not-call registry).
