Call Center Representative

MDS Communications is a 30-year-old family-owned telephone fundraising company headquartered in Mesa, Arizona. We have a second call center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and nearly 180 agents working from home in a variety of states around the country! We serve over 30 of the nation’s most respected non-profit organizations in the country, providing for their telephone fundraising needs.

We hold ourselves to the highest level of integrity in all that we do! Last year, we made over 6 MILLION outbound telephone calls and raised nearly $28 MILLION for our clients!

Client Project Manager

MDS Communications has an immediate opening for a Client Project Manager (CPM) within our Client Services Department in our Mesa, Arizona office. Ideal candidates are recent marketing-minded college graduates with a passion for great non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Feeding America, Operation Smile and the International Fellowship of Christians & Jews.

A CPM is an entry-level position designed for someone to build an exciting career in mass market, non-profit development. MDS Communications works solely in the Telephone Fundraising channel within the Development space to help 35 of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations reach their funding goals. CPMs engage in one-on-one client relationships within our client portfolio to construct successful telephone fundraising programs throughout the year. Responsibilities include budget building, data analysis, copy writing, and call center agent training. Strengths must include excellent communication and excel skills. Once trained, a CPM can enjoy a hybrid in-office and WFH experience.

 

Account Coordinator

MDS Communications has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator (AC) within our Client Services Department in our Mesa, AZ office. Ideal candidates are recent marketing-minded college graduates with a passion for great non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Feeding America, Operation Smile, and the International Fellowship of Christians & Jews.

An AC is an entry-level position designed for someone to build an exciting career in mass market, non-profit development. MDS Communications works solely in the Telephone Fundraising channel within the Development space to help 35 of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations reach their funding goals. ACs provide administrative support to Account Managers, who are responsible for handling multiple national non-profit accounts. Initial responsibilities include general administrative support, report generation and budget tracking (proficiency in Excel is a must), inter-departmental communication, workflow management, client/customer service, and general copywriting and proofreading. As the AC grows in their position, additional tasks will be assigned to prepare them for promotion.
